We are not a volume shop. Every home we take on is one the two of us personally look after — showings, tenant screening, maintenance calls, and the repairs themselves.
We do the repairs ourselves
Minor work is free. On medium jobs you pay for parts only — our labor is included. Major work goes to established local contractors we have used for years.

Most management companies bill labor on every work order and add a coordination fee on top. We built our pricing the other way around.
